Concept
At a pioneering startup specializing in a mobile app for crypto payments and wallet services, known for its fast, non-custodial trading solutions, I led the Product Development Team. My role was integral in shaping the product’s vision and strategy in the dynamic DeFi space, catering to both B2C and P2P segments.
Additionally, I oversaw brand strategy and identity development, product concept creation, market research, and UI/UX design. I also guided the development of an MVP, ensuring a seamless user experience and positioning the product effectively within the competitive market.
